Lasantha Gamage is a commercially focused management accountant with more than two decades of experience helping organisations tighten their financial operations and make sharper business decisions. He has worked across a broad range of sectors, including facility management, aged care, construction, mining, service industries and the not-for-profit space, giving him a rare breadth of perspective that few finance professionals can match.
Over his career, Lasantha has held senior finance roles with well-regarded Western Australian and international organisations, spanning commercial management, group systems and technical accounting, finance business partnering and financial control. His earlier work leading finance for internationally funded aid and development projects reflects a strong sense of purpose alongside his commercial acumen.
Qualifications
Lasantha holds a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Financial Accounting and is a Fellow of both CPA Australia and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA UK). He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), placing him among a select group of finance professionals recognised for their strategic capability.
